1.       This office announces the vacancy of one (1) School Principal II (Elementary) and one (1) School Principal II (Secondary) positions vacated due to the promotion of Mr. Reynante A. Naral and Ms. Cheryl I. Cerias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The CSC-approved Qualification Standards and Job Description are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the mission, vision, goals and objective of the school, creates an environment that is conducive to teaching-learning process, monitors and assesses the school curriculum and accountable for higher learning outcomes<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 24, s. 2016 re: Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME \u2013 HRM) which requires the institutionalization of the Equal Opportunity Principle <\/strong>(EOP) in all areas of human resource, all interested and qualified applicants to the position regardless of age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, economic and social status and physical disability are enjoined to apply for the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.       In view of this, all interested and qualified applicants shall submit requirements not later than May 3, 2024<\/strong> for screening and evaluation of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.       Requirements\/documents must be intact in a properly marked folder with tabbing indicating the document submitted and arranged according to the sequence of the criteria.<\/strong> Documents without tabbing or\/and not arranged sequentially may not be accepted by the Records Section. Documents need not be voluminous\/thick. Applicants are advised to only submit the most relevant\/appropriate documents to satisfy each criterion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
