JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Manage the youth formation programs of the schools within a division, including but not limited to the implementation of the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) or Supreme Student Government (SSG) as well as other co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs and programs.Manage and monitor the implementation of the career guidance program in senior high schools.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 24, s. 2016 re: Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME \u2013 HRM) which requires the institutionalization of the Equal Opportunity Principle <\/strong>(EOP) in all areas of human resource, all interested and qualified applicants to the position regardless of age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, economic and social status and physical disability are enjoined to apply for the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In view of this, all interested and qualified applicants shall submit requirements not later than\u00a0July 14, 2024<\/strong>\u00a0for screening and evaluation of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements\/documents must be intact in a properly marked folder with tabbing indicating the document submitted and arranged according to the sequence of the criteria.<\/strong> Documents without tabbing or\/and not arranged sequentially may not be accepted by the Records Section. Documents need not be voluminous\/thick. Applicants are advised to only submit the most relevant\/appropriate documents to satisfy each criterion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
