{"id":2830,"date":"2024-10-28T01:33:04","date_gmt":"2024-10-28T01:33:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/depedkidapawancity.net\/site\/?p=2830"},"modified":"2024-10-28T01:33:05","modified_gmt":"2024-10-28T01:33:05","slug":"notice-of-vacancy-for-school-principal-i-and-assistant-school-principal-ii-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/depedkidapawancity.net\/site\/index.php\/2024\/10\/28\/notice-of-vacancy-for-school-principal-i-and-assistant-school-principal-ii-positions\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of Vacancy for School Principal I and Assistant School Principal II Positions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This office announces the vacancy of thirteen (13) School Principal I (Elementary), two (2) School Principal (Secondary), and one (1) Assistant School Principal II (Senior High School) allocated to this Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The CSC-approved Qualification Standards and Job Description are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Education<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Training<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>School Principal I (Elementary)<\/td><td>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Elementary Education; or Bachelor\u2019s degree w\/ 18 professional education units<\/td><td>Head Teacher (HT) for 1 year; or Teacher -In-Charge (TIC) for 2 years; or Master Teacher (MT) for 2 years; or Teacher for 5 years<\/td><td>40 hours of relevant training<\/td><td>RA1080 (Teacher) and passer of NQESH<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>School Principal I (Secondary)<\/td><td>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Secondary Education; or Bachelor\u2019s degree w\/ 18 professional education units<\/td><td>Head Teacher (HT) for 1 year; or Teacher -In-Charge (TIC) for 2 years; or Master Teacher (MT) for 2 years; or Teacher for 5 years<\/td><td>40 hours of relevant training<\/td><td>RA1080 (Teacher) and passer of NQESH<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Assistant School Principal II (Senior High School)<\/td><td>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Education or its equivalent with a major and minor; or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Arts and Sciences with at least eighteen (18) units in professional education<\/td><td>2 years of relevant experience<\/td><td>8 hours of relevant training<\/td><td>RA1080 (Teacher) and passer of NQESH<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 24, s. 2016 re: Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME \u2013 HRM) which requires the institutionalization of the <strong>Equal Opportunity Principle <\/strong>(EOP) in all areas of human resource, all interested and qualified applicants to the position regardless of age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, economic and social status and physical disability are enjoined to apply for the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In view of this, all interested and qualified applicants shall submit requirements not later than\u00a0<strong>November 2, 2024<\/strong>\u00a0for screening and evaluation of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Requirements\/documents must be intact in a properly marked folder with\u00a0<strong>tabbing indicating the document submitted and arranged according to the sequence of the criteria.<\/strong>\u00a0Documents without tabbing or\/and not arranged sequentially may not be accepted by the Records Section. Documents need not be voluminous\/thick.
