October 23, 2023 – SDO Kidapawan City has officially commenced the declaration of the Operations Manual of the Quality Management System (QMS) together with the Region and Division personnel and the overwhelming support from stakeholders.

“One DepEd, One QMS, an orchestra holding different instruments to create a beautiful melody, “ SDS Natividad G. Ocon EdD, CESO VI symbolically described how QMS journey has been. Despite the struggles and overlapping of activities, QMS has reached its goal. This is to ensure consistency in the delivery of quality services and continuous process improvement that will result to client satisfaction.

The significant milestone serves as a pivotal role in continuing the SDO Kidapawan City’s mantra, “Sa DepEd Kidapawan, mga bata ang number one.”
