1.       This office announces the vacancy of one (1) Public Schools District Supervisor position vacated due to the retirement of Ms. Soledad Failano Leyrita.

2.       The CSC-approved Qualification Standards and Job Description are as follows:

Job DescriptionTo provide schools and learning centers in a district with relevant and timely service through:

3.       Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 24, s. 2016 re: Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME – HRM) which requires the institutionalization of the Equal Opportunity Principle (EOP) in all areas of human resource, all interested and qualified applicants to the position regardless of age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, economic and social status and physical disability are enjoined to apply for the position.

4.       In view of this, all interested and qualified applicants shall submit requirements not later than May 24, 2024 for screening and evaluation of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB).

5.       Requirements/documents must be intact in a properly marked folder with tabbing indicating the document submitted and arranged according to the sequence of the criteria. Documents without tabbing or/and not arranged sequentially may not be accepted by the Records Section. Documents need not be voluminous/thick. Applicants are advised to only submit the most relevant/appropriate documents to satisfy each criterion.

6.       Individuals who fail to submit the mandatory requirements as specified in Items a to j (Enclosed is the Checklist of Requirements) of this memorandum shall not be included in the Pool of Official Applicants, pursuant to DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2023 titled “Guidelines on Recruitment, Selection, and Appointment in the Department of Education”.
