3. 6. Individuals who fail to submit the mandatory requirements as specified in Items 4.1 to 4.12 for Master Teacher applicants and 4.13 to 4.22 for Teacher applicants of this memorandum shall not be included in the Pool of Official Applicants, pursuant to DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2023 titled “Guidelines on Recruitment, Selection, and Appointment in the Department of Education”.
